It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, EBT, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the CareCredit system. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. This includes any estimated co-insurance. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made in advance with our office.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we submit to most dental insurance plans and are a preferred provider for Delta Dental. If your insurance covers dental treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Our staff will prepare all the necessary forms and file with your insurance company. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company and/or employer. Please keep in mind that if, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. The fees charged for services rendered to those who are insured are the usual and customary fees charged to all our patients for similar services. Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies process claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
